Sourdough Starter: Day 4

Check out this action:

 

Lots of bubbles, BUT the smell is borderline dough/vomit. Its sort of that sweet smell that could almost be something bad, but you just aren’t too sure! I’m also getting a bit of separation of water/dough mix again. So, time to refresh it and see what happens tommorrow. I’m leaving just about a tablespoon in just to hopefully get rid of anything unwanted that is in there.
