Sourdough Starter: Day 2&3

So, not much happened on Day 2, but on day 3, I started to get a little worried. After I refreshed the starter, this is what it looked like:

Not much happening, but before I added more flour, the water and flour had sort of separated, which was a bit worrying, but I just removed most of it, and added more flour and water and hopefully it’ll be fine. It is definitely starting to get a sort of sweet, yeasty smell. So, we’ll see what happens on day 4!
