The Best Smoothie


This is an uber healthy, detoxifying smooth, but it tastes amazing and it only has 5 ingredients! Awesome.

So here’s what you need:

Natural Almond Milk, bananas, flax seed meal, spinach and blueberries. You can replace the blueberries with your favourite berry if you like, but either way, using frozen berries works best here.

Basically add both bananas, 1/4 C blueberries, 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk, 1Tbl of flax and a handful of spinach to a blender. Blend.

And here you have it! This should be enough for 1 large or 2 small smoothies:
