Freekah Porridge with Blueberries and Brown Sugar

When you cook freekah, and have a lot leftover like I did, here is a quick idea to use up the leftovers. Add some brown sugar, a few blueberries(or any fresh or frozen berries you like), and maybe a little milk, and you have an amazing new creation to eat for breakfast.

This is a really yummy alternative to oatmeal, or for when you run out of breakfast muffins.

This picture doesnt really do it justice, but hey just try it and you won’t be sorry.

Here’s the Recipe:

1-2 Cups cooked Freekah

1/2 Cup Berries

2Tbl Brown Sugar or Real Maple Syrup.

Optional: Milk, almonds, butter
