Short Ribs, Take 2: Short Rib Ragu
This couldn’t be simpler. Take the existing pan of short ribs, remove any bones that are left(and any excess fat you dont want). Take your kitchen scissors or knife(or hands) and cut or shred remaining ribs into small pieces.
Now place the pan on the stove and add the following: 1 can of tomatoes, whole or diced, 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms, and half an onion.
Bring to a simmer and cook until everything is melded together and tastes delicious(about 20 minutes). Serve with your favourite pasta.
