Pineapple Dragonfruit Semifreddo
This is one of the easiest and yummiest desserts ever. EVER. And it is dairy free, wheat free, egg free, basically its free… you get the point, its 99.999999% fruit.
I could’ve called this Vegan Ice Cream but… blech. (sorry vegans)
(As if any vegans read this meat riddled blog)
So, add pineapple, dragonfruit, and coconut cream to a blender and shooszh it up.
Now pour it into a tupperware or shallow tray, whatever you’ve got.
Now, this is basically a granita style situation where you leave it for a couple hours, then take it out scrape the frozen bits and repeat every 30 minutes or so. Â After 3-4 hours, you’ll have a smooth, slushy, creamy, fruity dessert. And who doesn’t want that?!
I finished it by drizzling a bit of honey over it…
