Maple Glazed Carrots

Here’s another easy roasting dish. Take one bunch of carrots(or 4 or 5 regular ones and cut them into quarters) such as this…Cut off most of the top, but leave some because it looks so purdy….then carefully cut in half, like this.

Now, place on a baking sheet(if it is grody like mine, cover with foil), and add 1tbl good maple syrup, Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything together so they are evenly coated. Chuck in the oven on 225c for about 20 minutes. Eat them immediatly, but don’t burn your mouth!


1 bunch of small carrots

1tbl  grade B maple syrup

2tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea salt, and Pepper
